Julia – Environment
Julia ramped up very fast in her role with Stratix, and is a great first impression for guests and employees who visit the office. She is warm and friendly to all, and always greets everyone with a smile.
Julia welcomes everyone with a smile and has made the front desk a welcoming place.
Julia always has a positive attitude when answering the phones. She greets guests and employees with a smile. She has helped with some big projects recently, and is willing to take on more projects when needed.
April – Responsiveness
April works with a great amount of integrity. It is a pleasure to work with April.
Over the last couple months, April has taken on new responsibilities along with her normal duties. Her attention to detail and responsiveness has helped both our clients and internal staff. If April is unsure of a new procedure, she takes ownership to figure it out, and gets the correct answer to make sure it is done properly.
I would like to recognize April for her unbelievable commitment in getting the job done and ensuring that it is being done accurately. She is a wonderful asset to our team, and I appreciate all of her efforts.
Sallyann – Consistency
Sallyann has recently taken on added responsibilities, and she continues to get all her work done in a timely and accurate fashion.
Sallyann has taken on several tasks that are outside of her normal job duties. She has not only learned these new tasks, but learned how to do them in a system she is less familiar with. She continues to develop her skills to help our organization grow.
Sallyann really stepped up and dedicated her time to learning a new process. She worked really hard at making sure things were done right and on time. She also helped automate some processes that were being done manually.
