Stratix Systems was recently recognized with Ricoh’s Service Excellence Certification for its overall technical support expertise. Chris DeMars, Northeast Region Service Manager, of Ricoh Americas Corporation presented the certification award to Brent Simone, President, and Ron DiMariano, Vice President of Service, of Stratix Systems at the company’s Wyomissing headquarters.

Ricoh’s Service Excellence Certification is the office equipment manufacturer’s highest service and support designation, and identifies premier dealerships based on organization structure, technical efficiency and client satisfaction measures, resource utilization, and business processes.

Having first recognized dealerships on a company-wide level, Ricoh will be launching the second phase of their Dealer Service Excellence Program in early-2014, which will be aimed at individuals. The “Prestige” certification will reward service professionals who demonstrate high levels of proficiency in supporting Ricoh products.
